THE POSITION OF ASSET MANAGEMENT OFFICER (FACILITIES) IS A NEW ROLE

POSITION: ASSET MANAGEMENT OFFICER (FACILITIES)

REPORTING TO: Head of Asset Management
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-time
SALARY: Depending on experience
PROBATIONARY PERIOD: 6 months

THE ROLE:
This role will include managing full property refurbishments, capital
upgrade projects, and estate improvements in line with the Asset
Management Strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Asset
Management.
In addition, the Asset Management Officer (Facilities) will assist
with the implementation and management of annual upgrade and cyclical
work programmes, across the entire Iveagh Trust stock.
